From construction site shoots to curated reels, you'll transform project milestones into compelling media that reflects the quality and innovation of our work. This hybrid role offers significant creative freedom, close collaboration with leadership, and the chance to develop a recognizable brand voice across digital channels. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, capture, and edit multimedia content including photos, videos, and presentations.</li><li>Produce case studies, promotional videos, and time-lapse captures of job sites and events.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to document milestones and showcase project success.</li><li>Ensure consistent branding across all content and manage the digital media library.</li><li>Contribute to web content, email campaigns, proposals, and newsletters.</li><li>Track media performance and refine strategies to maximize audience engagement.</li><li>Stay current on trends in digital media, construction marketing, and storytelling.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2 to 5 years of experience in media production, digital marketing, or visual content creation.</li><li>Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar tools.</li><li>Skilled in photography, videography, and post-production.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing previous media work (required).</li><li>Organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented.</li><li>Experience in construction or a similar field preferred.</li><li>FAA drone certification is a plus.</li><li>A bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>Why Join TMAC Inc.?<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive salary at $65,000&nbsp;to $75,000&nbsp;per year, based on experience.</li><li>A creative, leadership-track role in a fast-growing firm</li><li>Access to high-end residential, commercial, and development projects</li><li>Room to pitch new ideas and define the company's digital voice</li><li>401(k), PTO, and stock options</li><li>Hybrid flexibility (80% remote, 20% in-field).
